The Indiana Memorial Union is governed by a student board of Directors, the Indiana Memorial Union Board. Though publicly the Board is better known for the outstanding lectures, speakers, concerts, comedy, and entertainment they bring to campus, it is also responsible for assisting the organization in the oversight of the facility, and in the creation of its policies and procedures.
