Our favorite menus
Our experienced culinary team has crafted menus for all kinds of events. Following, are a few of our chef's favorite dinners:
Filet of Beef Oscar
Salad: Asparagus with Bibb lettuce roast red Pepper 's topped with Feta Cheese and a Raspberry dressing.
The Perfect Filet of Beef with Crabmeat and a Fresh Hollandaise sauce. Smoked Gouda Duchesse Potatoes, and Roasted Carrots, and Parsnips.
Fresh Hearty Breads and Herb butter.
DESSERT: For this I would add the Chocolate Pudding Cake with Sweet cream sauce.
Dessert Shooters anyone?
We can always add the dessert shooters to your Dessert selection.
Choose your flavors: Key lime pie, Cherry cheese cake, assorted mousse, Strawberry short cake, Apple Pie, Tiramisu, AND MANY MORE. Add a Chocolate dipped Strawberry while you are at it.
We cook Fish many ways; we will stuff your filet of Fish, we will Roast your Entree, and we can Poach your entree. And then the Sauce.....
All made Fresh to your liking.
