Enjoy conference-style seating for fourteen in this ideal meeting space. Break service is available.

This room offers conference seating for 20, with comfortable seating around the perimeter of the room for ten additional guests. Break service is available.

Federal Room

A formal dining room and parlor, the Federal Room was modeled after the tradition of Colonial Williamsburg. Ideal for receptions, dinners, and other fully catered events.

Frangipani Room TAKE A TOUR | VIEW A PHOTO

One of the most popular and versatile rooms in the building, the Frangipani Room seats up to 200 people with a stage as the focal point. A raised level extends around the three sides of the room, providing additional areas for seating, displays, or catering. Full service catering is available for this space.

Georgian Room

This space offers a large, open floor plan capable of serving a variety of functions for exhibits, receptions, and round-table discussions.

Hoosier Room

Perfectly situated to serve as a conference office, this space is suitable for meetings of 20 people or less. 

KP Williams

Ideal for a private lunch meeting or a small dinner, the KP Williams seats ten people at the antique dining room table. 

Poplar Room

Equipped with a round conference table for eight. Break service available. 

Solarium

This large, open space provides ample natural light. This area often hosts exhibits, banquets, and informal gatherings. The Solarium may all be paired with Alumni Hall for increased space. 

State Room East

This newly remodeled space is ideal for meetings and fully catered events. It may be paired with State Room West for increased versatility and space.

State Room West

Tastefully decorated with beautiful landscape paintings by several renowned Indiana impressionists, this room is often selected for quant affairs. It may be paired with State Room East. 

Tree Suite Rooms

Dogwood, Maple, Oak, Persimmon, Poplar, Redbud, Sassafras, Walnut
Utilized as meeting and breakout space for groups of various sizes, the suites are a large block of rooms just above the hotel lobby. Each is equipped with a drop-down screen, white board, lectern, water cooler, and wireless Internet access. Break service available. 

Tudor Room TAKE A TOUR | VIEW A PHOTO

Uniquely elegant, the Tudor Room has been described as “A work of art in itself.” Your guests will be captivated by the Elizabethan décor of this room, complete with antique tapestries and original oils. Ideal for fully catered events.

University Club

Whittenberger Auditorium

Audiences of all ages have gathered here to enjoy lectues, movies, and other events. Remodeled in 2006, Whittenberger Auditorium offers comfortable theater seating for 400 and has a large stage and screen.
