Phone and fax reservations are taken Monday-Friday: 8 a.m.-5 p.m. EST

A meeting services representative will contact you to arrange and confirm your reservation within 72 hours of receipt. To ensure your request can be met, if you are requesting a room less than 4 business days from submission, please call our reservations line. This submission does not confirm or guarantee a reservation, it is only a request.

Room requests for student organizations must be made through the Student Activities Office (SAO)
