Special Event Weekends
Calling all IU Hoosier Football Fans
The Indiana Memorial Union Hotel and Conference Center will accept reservation requests for all 2010 IU Home Football weekends during the week of February 1-7, 2010. Requests must be submitted via email to imuhotel@indiana.edu. Hotel room rates will vary based on the type of room or suite selected and will range from $159-$309 plus tax per room per night. Special event policies will apply.
Please email your requests during the week of February 1-7, 2010.
The email request must contain:
• Name
• Telephone Number
• Home Address
• Number of persons
• The exact dates desired
• The room type preferred
Guests will be notified in writing whether or not the IMU is able to accommodate their requests. Requests received after February 7th will be processed depending on availability.

Indiana University May Commencement Weekend Drawing
We do our best to accommodate the needs of our guests. Due to high demand for hotel rooms during Commencement weekend, all hotel reservations are made through a drawing.

The Indiana Memorial Union Biddle Hotel & Conference Center will accept reservation requests for the 2010 IU Commencement Weekend from September 1-7, 2009. Requests must be submitted by e-mail to imuhotel@indiana.edu. One request per email address please. The request must contain:
• Name
• Telephone Number
• Home Address
• Number of persons
• The exact dates desired
• The room type preferred
A two-night minimum stay of Friday and Saturday will be required for all reservations on Commencement Weekend. Hotel room rates will vary based on the type of room or suite selected and will range from $164-$304 plus tax per room per night. Please refer to the Guest rooms page for information on our various room types.
Guests will be notified in writing no later than Oct. 15, 2009, if the Indiana Memorial Union is able to accommodate their requests. Requests received after Sept. 7 will be processed depending on availability. Only one entry per request will be accepted.
