Card Services
All students, faculty and staff at Indiana University have a CampusAccess card, it’s your campus ID and so much more!
On campus, your card is used for a variety of purposes on a dialy basis. CampusAccess is used as your RPS Meal Card, Library Card, Bus U-Pass, Union Plus, and Rec Sports.
Your card is the safest, most convenient way to buy the things you need. Many area merchants accept it and offer discount to students who use the card. Click here for a complete up-to-date listing of local merchants.
Your CampusAccess Card is your official Indiana University Photo ID.
You can get your first ID free of charge* at the IMU, located on the Mezzanine Level next to Delights snack shop, during the hours of M-F 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, or from the Campus Card Services Office located in Eigenmann Hall at 1910 E. 10th St., during the hours of M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00PM. Free short duration parking for Campus Card Services' visitors is available in the lot east of Eigenmann residence hall. Parking for "A"and "C" and " is also available.
You must bring the following information when you come to get your new card:
Students: ten-digit University ID number, photo identification. If requesting a name change, please bring a copy of the name change form from the Registrar.
Faculty: ten-digit University ID number, photo identification (name changes should first be processed through Faculty Records)
Staff: ten-digit University ID number, photo identification (name changes should first be processed through Human Resources)
Hourly Staff: ten-digit University ID number, photo identification and written authorization by department head on departmental letterhead that you are eligible for an ID card
*There is a $20 charge for processing a replacement ID.
Incoming students may receive their card 1 week before classes begin, or when attending summer orientation. Please review your orientation packet for further details.
